Ayurvedic Nutrition Workshop

Recently I held a 3 hour Ayurvedic Nutrition Workshop in the yoga studio. It was well attended and the feedback was extremely positive from all participants.

The aim was to teach participants the importance of tasting their food and being very observant on what they actually eat. Good health starts with digestion; with the proper metabolism of food. Accordingly, one of the most important things we can do for our health every day of the year is to eat wisely. Food is a powerful medicine.
